Totoro's New Eyes

Here i fixed the eyes, the pupil is much bigger and it is now obviously looking down or when worn in scarf mode looking up at you.
At the angle taken one eye looks a little bigger lol but its was the best photo we could take so far.
Also just fyi the base is a deep grey not brown.

Lol we definetly need to fix our photo taking skills haha ^^

There are lots of things in knitting that are deceptively simple, and the sea-foam stitch is one of them. It's a beautiful stitch that mimics the undulating movement sea foam makes as it lies on top of the water.

This stitch is formed by wrapping the yarn around the needle numerous times between stitches and then dropping the wraps as you knit the next row.

Knitting Daily TV episode 904 showcases the sea-foam Stitch. Here's Eunny to show you how it's done:

The shawl featured in the video is the Ironwork Shawl by Tara Miller, from the Spring 2012 issue of Interweave Knits magazine. Beautiful, right?

Here's the stitch pattern:

Sea-Foam Stitch Pattern (multiple of 10 sts + 6)

Rows 1 and 2: Knit.
Row 3: K6, *[yo] 2 times, k1, [yo] 3 times, k1, [yo] 4 times, k1, [yo] 3 times, k1, [yo] 2 times, k6; rep from *.
Row 4: *K6, drop 2 yo off left needle, k1, drop 3 yo, k1, drop 4 yo, k1, drop 3 yo, k1, drop 2 yo; rep from * to last 6 sts, k6.
Rows 5 and 6: Knit.
Row 7: K1, *[yo] 2 times, k1, [yo] 3 times, k1, [yo] 4 times, k1, [yo] 3 times, k1, [yo] 2 times, k6; rep from *, ending last rep k1 instead of k6.
Row 8: K1, *drop 2 yo off left needle, k1, drop 3 yo, k1, drop 4 yo, k1, drop 3 yo, k1, drop 2 yo, k6; rep from *, ending last rep k1 instead of k6.

The Grumpy Brothers

Grumpy McGrumpyson: The head, yet the youngest, is creator to GB.C, he is the one who comes up with all the ideas and promotions. He is more social in both online and in person than Rage. And unlike Rage, is in a relationship with a pretty sexy girl, which Rage hates because she steals Grumpy away from him sometimes.
Grumpy is more refined and has interests in the arts and literature and studies in the medical field. Likes kitty kats that can play pianos.

Rage McGrumpyson, the oldest by three years, is the master mind behind all the knitting and sewing and detailed designs. He is not the most social type online as he is in person and is often seen, if not meddling with material, sitting or standing in the back observing all the people and learning from their mistakes... maybe cracking a few laughs too with a friend or two. Once you get to know him though, you'll see that he just wants to be hugged.You'll often hear him yell at Grumpy screaming at the top of his lungs "LOVE ME!" Though in the past he was very much in love with a girl but she broke his heart and is now very hot tempered. Likes bearded dragon lizards.

GB.C Mission

It is our, the Grumpy Brother's, mission to bring high quality and accurate knits and crafts as well as plushies and pillows and other various artisan crafts with character inspired theme to the general. It is also our sole existence to bring world class customer assistance as well as functional products.
All products by Grumpy Brother's Crafts are all, and will forever be, handmade and never manufactured unless if manufactured item is altered in some way. An example of a manufactured good would be a brand shoe colored or painted with certain/customizable/commissioned print by either Rage or Grumpy. All products made will be exclusive in the sense that only one, if not a few, will be made and sold at a time. If any commissioned work is requested it be taken one at a time; the next commission will not be taken till the previous commission is completed. NO DIRTY OR PERVERTED WORK WILL BE DONE SO DONT ASK.
Blogger will be only used by the Grumpy Brother's, Grumpy and Rage, to showcase craft products. If interested in buying a link to shop will be provided.
